Unlike most modern furniture, this piece contains no MDF or plywood — the front, back and sides are all solid wood. The top features a lovely combination of oak and maple, showing a striking natural contrast in the grain and tones.
 
The desk has six drawers with traditional dovetail joints, fitted with opaque glass fronts and rustic handles, giving the piece a unique character that would suit both modern and cottage-style interiors.
 
A very solid and substantial desk, built to last for generations.
