INTERIOR DESIGN FOR

HOMES & HOLIDAY RENTALS

Interior design has been a passion of mine for many years, especially when it comes to restyling spaces with upcycled and characterful pieces. Through my work with preloved furniture, I’ve often found myself helping shape interiors organically.

My latest venture, The Reloved Retreat, is a unique lodge on a Cotswold lake, filled with upcycled furniture and curated touches. Creating it from a fairly standard holiday home into something truly memorable reignited my love for design. Now I want to bring that same creativity to other homes and holiday rentals across the Cotswolds.

Your home should be somewhere that you love, the minute you walk through the door. After all, there really is no place like home. Your home should be a reflection of you and how you want to live your life. It should be as much about the feeling it creates, as it is the look. I want to get to know you - what makes you happy, how you live your life - then help put a design together that will give you much pleasure.

If you own a holiday property, of course all of the above still applies, however in this case, it's more about what feeling your guests will feel the minute they walk through your door. You know how important it is to stand out. A well-designed space doesn’t just look beautiful – it elevates your guest experience, reflects the charm of the Cotswolds, and can increase your bookings (and your rates).

Whether you’re looking to add character to a single room, refresh your interiors with unique, upcycled pieces, or completely redesign your holiday let from top to bottom – I’d love to help you bring it to life.

FALL BACK IN LOVE WITH YOUR OLD FURNITURE

While painting furniture has been a practice for some time, I believe the genuine appreciation for preserving quality pieces is only now gaining traction. Nowadays, there's a growing desire among people to cherish used furniture, whether it's an inherited treasure, a flea market find, or an auction purchase. The notion of painting furniture solely due to financial constraints has evolved, and many now prefer revitalising an old piece to represent their unique style rather than opting for mass-produced items from mainstream retailers. Yet, not everyone possesses the creative flair or inclination to undertake such projects themselves, and that's where I come in to offer assistance.

Entrust me with your beloved old pieces of furniture, and I'll breathe new life into them to elevate your home decor. Whether you prefer harmonising with your current interior scheme or daring to craft a standout piece that will leave your guests in awe during their next visit, I'm here to bring your vision to life

If you have a project that you'd like to discuss, feel free to contact me by phone or WhatsApp on 07717 535381 or email - jo@relovedbyjo.co.uk - I am located in the Cotswolds with a between Cirencester and Swindon. Sending photos and a brief description of your requirements would be helpful.
